Master plan and site design for new LEED net-zero custom home nestled into the rocky gorge along the Mad River. Design of green roof, rain gardens, terraces, Japanese garden with
outdoor shower, overlooks, trails, and grading and drainage.

Michael and Marisol Cohen Residence
Nantucket Island, Massachusetts
Master plan and site design for new ocean side home. Design
of formal central outdoor living space which unites new guest
cottage and tennis court with existing main house. Features
include gunite pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, changing room with outdoor shower, and drought, wind and deer resistant
gardens.

South Hero, Vermont
Master plan and site design for a new casually elegant home
at the end of a long meadow overlooking a seculed by on
Lake Champlain. Design of a new car court using local brick
and granite, Vermont fieldstone terrace, circular bench and fire pit perched above the lake shore and native plant gardens which integrate the house into the surrounding woods, meadow and wetland.
